I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Caroline. I’m a trained chef who has spent the past decade working in restaurants. However, for the past two years, I’ve been working with my fiancee, running a meal prep service in Baltimore, MD called Scratch Made. Every week we cook for over a hundred people using as many local products as we can. On social media, I share videos of what we’re making and what it’s like cooking at scale. Consider this the companion piece to those videos, where I’ll share scaled down, step by step recipes of everything I’m making at work.
